Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Galleria

Rooms are nice and quiet. Dark shades but not blackout. Breakfast was excellent. Our three girls loved the glass elevator!!The front desk could not get our digital key working correctly. Super frustrating! It would not load for the parking lot gate, room, or pool access. The first two room keys were not programmed either. Had to go back to the front desk to get them replaced. Super inconvenient! Most hotels my husband stays in only clean the room every other day. Here they cleaned every day. It was nice coming back to a spotless clean room with the beds made. Thank you cleaning staff!! We will leave a tip!!

First and foremost the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good Embassy Suites but the furniture in the rooms need to be replaced. All tables in the room had wear marks that personally, I would have tossed out. Managers happy hour consisted of a few chips add some cut up vegetables. I know over the years people have abused this at Embassy Suites but seriously, this was pretty pitiful. However, the overwhelming friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel made up for this. With a few minor changes it would be clearly 5 plus Stars.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL with lots of options. Staff was so kind and service-oriented. Right across the street from Cobb Energy Center. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to see The Nutcracker.

Let me start by saying Cassandra at the front desk was absolutely amazing! My son and I came to Atlanta for a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy and had a confirmed reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn on Windy Hill Rd. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel did not have a room for us. Another worker at the desk implied that a reservation made through a third party site doesn’t guarantee a room as the inventory from that site is not accurate. The reservation was made through Hilton with my Hilton Honors account, not a third party site. The person who originally helped me at that front desk said I should check other hotels. He did say there was another lesser quality hotel that he called and said they have rooms and I could go to that hotel. I hoped to have something at that level or nicer. It was around 9:00 at night with a Braves game about to let out, so we were feeling pretty stuck. After making a few calls, I got in touch with the Embassy Suites, and that’s when everything turned around. Cassandra was incredible from the very first call. She handled a stressful situation with such professionalism and kindness that it completely changed our experience. She even followed up by phone to make sure we were taken care of. It was something I didn’t expect but truly appreciated. She made a real difference in our visit to Atlanta. The hotel was clean and everything worked like it should. I appreciated how welcoming the staff was during morning breakfast as well as how friendly the bartender was during the reception time in the afternoon. When I got back to work on Tuesday morning, everyone asked me how the concert was. I told them it was awesome. Then I followed it with let me tell you about Cassandra! Thank you!

Parking is prepaid or pay by the hour. The room and atrium were clean and well maintained. There were kids running playing in the walkways on the floors and staff did nothing. Cocktail hour was nice, but slow service. Breakfast was on point and the Cowboys fan that runs the omelette station is amazing! The jacuzzi was closed, but the pool was open. Close to the shopping mall and restaurants and the battery is nearby. I would stay again.

I hadn't stayed at this Embassy Suites in quite some time until this past weekend. I must say the the current team should be called the "A Team". EVERYONE I encountered was so polite and professional. Major shout out to the bartender, Diatria, at the evening reception and all the associates working breakfast. The older gentlemen and the lady with the short red hair working the omelet station, made my morning! They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job which is RARE in Atl. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This staff deserve a round of applause.

This was a nice hotel with competitive pricing for other hotels in the area. Parking was easy and was better priced than most near by. Breakfast was very nice. The pool was very nice as well. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were set up nicely, the beds were comfy, and our view was fantastic! My only negative, which I did take a star for, was that the room was not as clean as I would expect for an embassy suites. There were stains on the carpet, and the walls and couch looked dirty. However, toilet, shower, and beds were all clean, so I did not ask for a new room. But I was not comfortable going barefoot in the room, and avoided getting against walls.

Great place. Will definitely book my hotel stay again here when I travel for work..have stayed at many embassy suites before but the management and staff here are really great. Keep up the good work
